This 8 week session will focus on women’s wellness including cardiovascular exercise, strength training, mindfulness, nutrition and overall self-care. Most classes will meet at the beautiful Mint Springs park but some will meet at other area parks for a
hike. Classes are non-intimidating, encouraging and
supportive. Each week you will be encouraged to take care of YOU and put
yourself back on the top of your priority list. All ages and abilities
are welcomed and encouraged. Registration in advance is required and
limited to 10 participants.
